Wedding Travel & Travel Fees

Having hair and makeup on location at your getting ready space can relieve so much stress on your wedding day. All travel 30 minutes away from my home base in Zionsville, IN is included for bridal services.

What’s not included?

Parking Fees | If there are fees to park at your location, those fees will need to be covered by the client.

Additional Notes

Relocation Fee | A $50 relocation fee will be applied if an additional set up is required at a second location. (hotel to event space, etc.)

Hotel Accommodations | Hotel accommodations are required for the night prior to the wedding when the start time is 7 a.m. or earlier, or if travel to the location is over an hour away from my home base in Zionsville, IN and the start time is 9 a.m. or earlier.

Travel Fees | For locations over 30 minutes away from my home base in Zionsville, IN, the following fees would apply.

              Travel time over 30 minutes – 1 hour | $50

              Travel time 1 hour – 2 hours | $90

              Travel time 2 – 2.5 hours | $130

              Travel time over 2.5 hours | please ask for a quote

Events | If you would like to have me on location for your hair or makeup, a travel fee starting at $50 will be applied.

Why travel fees? Things to know.

Time | I measure in time. Why? An hour and a half to an event isn’t bad – until you’re facing the drive back on the same day. The time to travel in addition to the time at the event adds up quickly, and an all day event means no other work is possible that day.

Unseen Costs | Gas and car maintenance is an unseen expense when traveling.
